Engraved Puzzles

For orders placed in February, expect shipment mid- to late March. For any new orders, expect a production and ship time of 3-4 weeks! 

Screenprinted Items

For screenprinted apparel like shirts and sweatshirts, we have pre-order windows open for a month at a time, and at the close of the pre-order window we place one batch order with our shirt printer and embroiderer. This allows us to keep our cost of production down, though it does mean that wait times to get your apparel can be longer than you might be used to.

Current Pre-Order Window: March 1 – March 31, 2021

Previous Pre-Order Window: February 1 – February 28, 2021

Expect a wait of two to three weeks between close of pre-order window and arrival of your merchandise. As soon as your items are completed, we mail them to you. We will send you an email and let you know when your order ships, and include your tracking info! Apparel usually ships Priority Mail with USPS and generally arrives 2-3 days after shipping.

Embroidery

For small orders of embroidered items, expect a wait of 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order until your item ships.

For larger orders of embroidered items, or for ANY custom order, expect a wait of 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order until your item ships.

As soon as your items are completed, we mail them to you. We will send you an email and let you know when your order ships, and include your tracking info! Items usually ship Priority Mail with USPS and generally arrive 3-5 days after shipping.
